Hvordan retunerer jeg en vare?

Ved returnering, reklamationer og brug af fortrydelsesretten skal du sende med Track and Trace. Dette påkræves, hvis pakken går tabt undervejs. Vi dækker ikke din retunering, hvis ikke vi modtager pakken. Ved retunering bedes du venligst udfylde vores returseddel


  • Print og udfyld retursedel
  • Vedlæg en kopi af din ordrebekræftelse og returseddel
  • Pakkerne skal pakkes forsvarligt ind
  • Når du indleverer din pakke afbefaler vi du at du beder om en kvittering for inleveringen.
  • Vi kontakter dig når vi har modtaget din pakke


Fortrydelsesret


Vil du gøre brug af dine fortrydelsesret skal dette tydeliggøres i en email til os. Send til følgende e-mail: webshop@dakshacosmetics.dk. 

Du har 14 dages fuld returret på varer, som er købt hos DAKSHA COSMETICS. Perioden regnes fra den dag, hvor du modtager ordren. Du har 14 dage fra du modtager varen til at vi skal modtage pakken på vores lager. Gælder ikke forsinkede returpakker. Vi dækker somregel ikke udgifterne i forbindelse med retuneringen medmindre der er en fejl/mangel. Du betaler udgifterne i forbindelse hermed. Du har ansvaret for pakken frem til, at vi har modtaget din ordre. Du kan ikke fortryde et køb ved at afvise at have modtaget en vare(r) eller ikke har sendt en besked til vores kundeservice omkring dette. 


Tilbagebetaling

Fortryder du dit køb vil du få hele beløbet tilbagebetalt hurtigst muligt. Beløbet vil refunderes på det samme kort, som du oplyste under dit køb. Har du modtaget en vare som har taget skade under fragt vil denne forringelse blive fratrukket beløbet på den vare du har modtaget. Vi tilbageholder beløbsrefunderingen, indtil vi har modtaget pakken på vores lager.  Dette gælder ikke, hvis du ikke kan fremvise dokumentation på, at du har refunderet varen til os. 


-Det er et krav, at du pakker varerne forsvarligt og sikkert ind.

-Du skal vedlægge en kopi af din ordrebekræftelsen.

-Du har ansvaret for varen. Lige fra levering til, at vi har modtager din returnering.

-Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav.

-Varens stand ved returnering.

-Er varerne forringet eller nogen former for beskadiget grundet forkert håndtering vedhæfter du for dette. 

-Afprøver du en vare vil dette antages som åbnet eller brugt. 


Varer undtaget fortrydelsesretten

Følgende varer indgår ikke i fortrydelsesretten:


-Varer, som er fremstillet af andre end DAKSHA COSMETISCS egne betingelser og vilkår.

-Varer hvor emballagen er brudt og ikke mulig at sende tilbage.

-Varer som uheldigvis er blevet blandet sammen med andre pakker under leveringsprocessen.

-Du kan ikke fortryde din ordre på en online bestaling når den først er afsendt fra vores lager.

-Varer som overskrider forældelsedatoen eller er i dårligere stand.

How do I return an item?


For returns, complaints and use of the right of withdrawal, you must send with Track and Trace. This is required if the package is lost en route. We will not cover your refund if we do not receive the package. When returning, please fill out our return label


  • Print and fill in the return slip
  • Attach a copy of your order confirmation and return slip
  • The packages must be securely wrapped
  • When you deliver your package, we recommend that you ask for a receipt for the delivery.
  • We will contact you when we have received your package


Right of withdrawal


If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, this must be stated in an email to us. Send to the following e-mail: webshop@dakshacosmetics.dk.

You have 14 days full right of return on goods purchased from DAKSHA COSMETICS. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. You have 14 days from when you receive the item until we receive the package in our warehouse. Does not apply to delayed return packages. We normally do not cover the costs associated with the return, unless there is an error/deficiency. You pay the expenses in connection with this. You are responsible for the package until we have received your order. You cannot cancel a purchase by refusing to have received an item(s) or not having sent a message to our customer service about this.


Repay


If you regret your purchase, you will get the full amount refunded as soon as possible. The amount will be refunded to the same card that you indicated at the time of your purchase. If you have received an item that has been damaged in transit, this deterioration will be deducted from the amount of the item you have received. We withhold the refund until we have received the package in our warehouse. This does not apply if you cannot provide documentation that you have refunded the item to us.


-It is a requirement that you pack the goods safely and securely.

-You must attach a copy of your order confirmation.

-You are responsible for the item. Right from delivery until we have received your return.

-We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery.

-Condition of the item upon return.

-If the goods have deteriorated or been damaged in any way due to improper handling, you are responsible for this.

-If you test an item, it will be assumed as opened or used.


Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal


The following goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:


-Goods manufactured by other than DAKSHA COSMETISC's own terms and conditions.

-Goods where the packaging is broken and cannot be returned.

-Items that have been accidentally mixed up with other packages during the delivery process.

-You cannot cancel your order on an online order once it has been shipped from our warehouse.

-Items that are past their expiration date or are in poor condition.
